Ceremonial vs Culinary Matcha

Application groups, not a universal quality ladder.

Ceremonial, Premium, and Culinary are widely used commercial labels, but they do not form one globally standardized grading system. VIRICHA uses them to organize the current product range by intended business application. A, AAA, AAAAA, 7A, and 9A are VIRICHA sourcing grades.

Straight Matcha & Tasting Top 9A · Ceremonial 7A · Premium AAAAA For flagship straight matcha, tea bars, and tea-forward drinks.
Milk Drinks & Cold Drinks Premium AAA · Premium AAAAA · Ceremonial 7A For everyday lattes, signature milk drinks, and iced beverages.
Baking & Food Formulations Culinary A · Premium AAA · Premium AAAAA For baking, desserts, premixes, and other food applications.
