What we collect

The personal data we receive is what you submit through the business-sample form or send through the contact channels listed on /contact. That may include your email, WhatsApp number, business name, role, country, target volume, intended use, document requirements, and any other details you choose to include in a sample or RFQ request.

For early sample discussions, we ask for destination country, city, and postal-code area rather than a full personal shipping address. Full consignee and courier details are requested only after a sample path is agreed.

How we use it

We use the data you send to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate samples or supplier document checks. We do not sell or rent business contact data. We share RFQ details only with supplier, export, courier, or logistics partners when needed to answer your request, check document scope, or arrange an agreed sample shipment. We retain inquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for up to three years after, to maintain quote and sample history.

Business-sample submissions are stored in VIRICHA's private Google sales ledger. After a successful save and readback, the website returns a request ID and sends VIRICHA an internal email alert. A submission is not treated as received unless that request ID is shown.

Privacy-friendly website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate page-view and real-user performance metrics. It does not use cookies, create cross-site profiles, or record URL query strings.

VIRICHA also records four website conversion events: sample request started, sample request submitted, contact email clicked, and product guide clicked. These events contain only the page path, on-page CTA location, product application group, and controlled UTM campaign labels. They do not contain a name, email, company, form content, request ID, IP address, full referrer, full URL parameters, cookie ID, or other unique visitor identifier.

Controlled UTM labels may be held in your browser's tab session so a campaign source can be carried from one VIRICHA page to the sample form. This session value expires when the tab session ends. It is submitted to the private sales ledger only when you send the form.

The sample form also keeps a random, non-identifying retry key in the browser's tab session. It contains no form content or contact data and is not sent to analytics. The browser retains the key for up to 30 minutes, then clears it on the next form attempt or when the tab session ends; a confirmed submission clears it immediately. This allows a retry to recover the same saved inquiry instead of creating a duplicate if a network response is interrupted.

Security and cookies

The sample form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile receives technical browser and network signals needed to perform that security check. VIRICHA does not use analytics or advertising cookies, ad networks, or social pixels. The site uses system fonts, so there is no external font request.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) keeps short-lived access logs containing IP addresses and request paths for security purposes. We do not link those logs to contact data.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you can ask us to provide, correct, or delete the contact data we hold on you. Email tim@viricha.com with the subject Privacy request and we aim to respond within five business days.
